Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems efficiently and effectively. Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, managers, and team members. Keep your company truck clean, organized, and fully stocked with the necessary tools and parts. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork. Participate in the on-call rotation (if applicable). Maintain a professional appearance and always uphold company values. Pursue ongoing training and certifications to stay current in the field. Adhere to safety and code requirements on every job. What We're Looking For At least 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing service. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and customer service skills. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check. A commitment to quality work and continuous improvement.
