Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems efficiently and safely. Install electrical components including outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, breakers, and wiring. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide customers with repair and replacement options. Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, managers, and team members. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and service documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle. Participate in the on-call rotation (if applicable). Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company values at all times. Pursue ongoing training and certifications to stay current in the field. Follow all electrical safety standards and code requirements. What We're Looking For At least 3+ years of residential electrical service experience preferred. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and customer service skills. Experience with ServiceTitan preferred. Valid Tennessee driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical before employment.
