Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Liaison to serve as the vital bridge between our sales teams, clients, and external partners. In this role, you will drive strategic communication, foster strong customer relationships, and support the promotion of our innovative products and services. Duties Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of product features, benefits, and technical specifications through engaging product demos and presentations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to tailor solutions that meet their scientific or medical equipment requirements. Coordinate with sales teams to support outside sales efforts, including territory management and account growth strategies. Lead negotiations with clients to secure deals that align with company goals while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations, highlighting features relevant to pharmaceutical, medical, or scientific markets. Utilize CRM systems proficiently to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, analyze data trends, and forecast future opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, providing feedback from client interactions to refine messaging and promotional strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or technical sales within the pharmaceutical or medical equipment sectors. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Demonstrated ability in outside or field sales roles with a focus on territory management and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer data and analyzing sales performance metrics. Technical expertise in scientific or medical equipment sales is highly desirable; familiarity with pharmaceutical or medical device markets is a plus. Organizational skills that enable efficient management of multiple accounts and client communications simultaneously.
