As a leading distributor of comic books, trading card games (TCG), toys, and pop culture merchandise, we take pride in offering exceptional service to independent comic shops and game stores. We are the bridge between manufacturers and specialty retailers, ensuring our customers have the latest products to excite their fans. Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated, organized and service-oriented Customer Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of retail partners (accounts) within the comic book and game industry. The Customer Account Manager serves as the primary contact for our customers, ensuring our retail partners have the inventory, insights, and support needed to thrive. The ideal candidate has a passion for hobby products and a talent for building lasting B2B relationships.
Principal Responsibilities Relationship Management:
Act as the main contact for a base of assigned retail accounts, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Product Knowledge:
Provide information to retailers on the latest TCG releases, comic book solicitations, and popular tabletop accessories and sports cards.
Order Management:
Accurately input and process customer orders, damage claims, and reorders in our ERP/sales system.
Internal Collaboration:
Work with other departments to support retailers' needs.
Logistics Support:
Research and resolve shipping or logistical issues promptly. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM software, MS Office (Excel/Word), and quick to learn new systems. Industry knowledge is helpful. High school degree or equivalent, some college preferred. Ease and confidence in daily phone communication. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills.
