Marketing Coordinator - Marketing Department L oc ation: 1500 NW 107th Avenue Miami, FL 33172
Starting Salary:
Starting at $20.50 per hour D escription: To provide administrative support to the Marketing Department. Assist in the coordination of marketing programs and campaigns. Assist with organization of special events for membership. In addition, lead and coordinate special projects as assigned. E ssential
Duties and Responsibilities:
Distribute advertising and marketing collateral material to branches as well as assist Marketing Manager with promotions and campaigns Assist with special projects and events. Answer Marketing phone calls as needed. Maintain specialty items inventory. Maintain marketing collateral inventory and inform Marketing Manager when stock is low. Maintain office supply inventory for Marketing Department. Conduct market research to assess competitiveness. Proofread Marketing materials. Have flexibility to work weekends and evenings for special events. Perform other duties, tasks and special assignments as assigned.
Qualifications:
A high school degree or equivalent A minimum of one-year administrative assistant experience to include experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word. Must be able to work on multiple assignments. Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and written skills are necessary. Willing to work offsite and weekends if requested.
Education and Training:
A high school degree or equivalent
Language Skills:
