This role will primarily focus on marketing and client engagement for a real estate company, while assisting with social media, and operational support for a jewelry business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of marketing, content creation, social media management, customer relations, and administrative tasks. The position starts at approximately 20-25 hours per week with strong potential to grow into a full-time role. Responsibilities Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and print advertising, to boost brand awareness and engagement. Manage content creation for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms. Create engaging marketing content including listing announcements, recently sold properties, open house promotions, neighborhood spotlights, client testimonials, and branded promotional materials. Edit and publish video content for YouTube and social media. Manage CRM systems and assist with client communication, follow-up, and database organization. Support e-commerce operations by updating online inventory listings, managing Etsy storefront activity, and coordinating product photography. Requirements Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Basic graphic design skills Experience with editing short-form and long-form video content Strong written communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus Familiarity with real estate marketing, Etsy, Shopify, or e-commerce platforms is a plus Photography/content creation experience preferred Reliable transportation for occasional local errands or marketing drop-offs •Flexible compensation based on experience and skill set. Growth potential for both more hours and higher pay. Flexible schedule, with hybrid hours. •Applicants that can show previous video editing or marketing material examples will be considered first
