Co. - 2.0 Auburn, WA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Internship $24 - $28 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Qualifications Customer communication Customer service Driver's License Attention to detail B2B sales Full Job Description Marketing & Brand Coordinator Position Summary Small & Sons Oil is seeking a creative, motivated Marketing & Brand Coordinator to help build and support our marketing efforts across our convenience stores, fuel stations, and other business divisions. Experience working in Fuel/Oil Industry a plus! This is a new position within our company and an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional who wants to learn from the ground up. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing graphic design, in-store promotions, loyalty-program administration, digital marketing, and brand management. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, willing to take initiative, and excited to grow the position as our marketing needs evolve. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design and Marketing Materials Create and maintain professional marketing templates for use throughout the company. Design in-store signage, food-service signage, promotional materials, flyers, advertisements, and customer communications. Assist with the development, organization, and appropriate use of company logos and other brand assets. Create materials for convenience stores, fuel stations, special events, grand openings, sales programs, and community outreach. Coordinate with outside printers, apparel companies, sign vendors, and marketing partners. Maintain organized files of logos, templates, photographs, artwork, and completed marketing materials. Convenience Store Promotions Develop promotional calendars for our convenience stores and fuel stations. Create seasonal, food-service, loyalty, and product-specific promotions. Work with store leadership and vendors to identify promotional opportunities. Coordinate the design, production, distribution, and installation of promotional materials. Review promotion results and recommend ways to improve customer participation and sales. Visit company locations as needed to confirm that promotions and marketing materials are being displayed correctly. Loyalty Program Management Help administer and grow the company's customer loyalty program. Develop promotions designed to increase loyalty-program enrollment, engagement, store visits, and purchases. Coordinate offers and campaigns with store teams, vendors, and program partners. Track program activity and prepare reports on participation and campaign performance. Train and support store employees so they understand current loyalty offers and can explain them to customers. Help resolve promotional or customer-service issues related to the loyalty program. Brand Management and Protection Help establish and maintain consistent brand standards across all company locations and marketing channels. Ensure that logos, colors, images, messaging, and promotional materials are used correctly. Review company and vendor-created materials for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency. Monitor store signage, online listings, social media, and customer-facing materials for outdated or incorrect information. Help protect the company's reputation by identifying brand concerns and promptly bringing them to management's attention. Coordinate with branded fuel partners to ensure materials follow applicable brand requirements and approval processes. Digital Marketing and Advertising Assist with company social media accounts, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising. Create and maintain a content calendar. Take or coordinate photographs and videos at stores, company events, and promotional activities. Help develop advertising programs that support store traffic, food-service sales, fuel sales, and customer engagement. Track basic marketing performance and provide regular updates to management. Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, business, or a related field preferred. Recent graduates and candidates beginning their marketing careers are encouraged to apply. Graphic design experience and a portfolio of school, freelance, internship, or professional work. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar design platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage several projects and deadlines at the same time. Willingness to learn about convenience-store operations, fuel marketing, food service, loyalty programs, and branded retail requirements. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with store employees, management, sales teams, vendors, and outside partners. Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing. Experience with photography, video, website editing, or email marketing is a plus. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel locally to company locations as needed. Position Details Schedule:
Full-time, Mon - Fri, with flexibility to work with school schedule Work location: Primarily in-office, with regular visits to company stores and fuel locations. Local and Regional travel as needed
Salary:
$24 - $28 per hour (depending on experience) , mileage reimbursement
