Job Description

Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Casino Marketing efforts as directed by the Director of Marketing & Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include event execution, final art as client requests, proofing of documentation & art, guest relations efforts as well as a variety of associated administrative, communications, personnel support, and planning activities including processing all business paperwork and office administrative activities for the Marketing, Promotions, Player Development, Entertainment, C-Stores & LCC areas of the Marketing Department.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees Assist with creating and publishing digital communications such as newsletters, social media content, email campaigns, and messaging Help maintain digital content libraries and shared resources for easy access and version control Monitor performance data and compile reports to help guide future content and platform usage Assist with live event coverage through digital platforms to support real-time audience engagement Coordinate project timelines, approvals, and communication workflows Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is up to date, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals Helps develop and coordinate new promotions to promote revenue growth Maintains the integrity of the brand promise and all creative elements by ensuring that the logos and images are correct, as well as the appropriate gaming & LCC disclaimers Oversee all incoming job requests to ensure that projects are completed correctly in a timely manner and within budget Coordinates the internal production flow for the Marketing department by gathering copy, creative direction, and necessary approvals Required to work with the Marketing Director or Manager to make sure that the signage created is on-brand Assists in the facilitation of all filming and photography for the property, press, and media exposure, obtaining all appropriate signed contracts, certificates of insurance and release forms Utilizes effective communication tools to ensure that consistent, accurate and timely information is provided through Marketing and other departments Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Two (2) year AA degree required• Two (2) years previous work experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions, required• BA, BS, or four (4) year degree, preferred Previous casino experience, preferred Must have a working knowledge of computers with the ability to work in a Windows environment with various software programs such as Word, WordPerfect, Excel, etc. Willingness and ability to take direction from multiple Management individuals as required Must have excellent customer service/relation skills Must have good writing and verbal communication skills Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment Must possess a high level of maturity and the ability to maintain confidentiality Must possess a valid state driver's license is required Solid writing, proofreading, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Comfortable with reporting metrics and using dashboards or analytics tools to guide decisions Willing to work odd and irregular hours as needed; Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required Equivalent management experience or equivalent education may be considered in lieu of one another
