POSITION OVERVIEW
We're looking for a Roofing Sales Manager who leads from the front. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be in the field daily - generating your own leads, closing deals, and actively coaching your team to do the same. If you're looking for a sit-back management role, this isn't it. This is a 1099 position with uncapped earning potential, including base pay + overrides + commission. Your income is directly tied to your production and your team's success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing Close residential and commercial deals Train and develop sales reps in the field Coach on canvassing, inspections, presentations, and closing Set expections, track performance, and hold your team accountable Lead by example with work ethic, attitude, and results Build strong relationships with both customers and team members
