We are seeking New Vehicle Manager that is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for customers and their team. Compensation:
$120,000 - $200,000+ annually
Responsibilities:
Drive sales results through management and direct customer engagement Manage sales activities, pipeline, production and pace to consistently meet objectives Motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets by providing leadership, coaching, and guidance Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive work environment and drive performance excellence Engage, motivate and demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales floor in achieving goals Attract, develop and retain the best people for the dealership Maintain exceptional employee and customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly Monitor and train on sales process to provide a consistent customer experience Take ownership for the success and profitability of the sales department Facilitate the negotiation and financing processes ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing Structure deals properly including incentives, lender programs and sales taxes Obtain lender approvals and collaborate with the finance department Monitor inventory levels, aging, pricing strategies, and vehicle merchandising to maximize sales opportunities Collaborate with managers to execute a successful inventory management strategy Review results and develop action plans to improve performance Ensures all deals are fully compliant with company and OEM guidelines Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities Be an example of professionalism, morals, ethics, and customer service
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills Prior management experience in a retail automotive sales, finance and leasing (General Motors is a plus) Strong ability to negotiate and structure deals Capable of paying attention to details while multi-tasking Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Strong desire to set and achieve goals Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills Above average to advanced computer skills Valid in-state driver's license High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
