THE H.E.ART
is seeking an experienced, visionary, and highly motivated Development Manager to lead the organization's fundraising, partnership development, and long-term sustainability efforts. This leadership role is critical to the future growth of THE H.E.ART and will focus heavily on major fundraising initiatives, donor development, grant expansion, sponsorship acquisition, earned income opportunities, and implementation of a strategic 5-year growth plan that strengthens programs, staffing, facilities, and community impact. The Development Manager will work closely with Executive Leadership to ensure

has the financial resources, strategic partnerships, and operational support needed to expand access to performing arts education, youth mentorship, life skills, productions, and family/community support services. In addition to development responsibilities, this position will provide some remote operational oversight of daily activities , with occasional site visits to support program effectiveness, organizational needs, and leadership coordination.
