• Fractional Chief Revenue Officer 40-hour per week engagement. A growth-stage consumer health and wellness company is seeking a Fractional Chief Revenue Officer to sharpen its commercial strategy and accelerate profitable, omnichannel growth. This executive will connect brand, digital, e-commerce, product, partnerships, and sales around a clear set of priorities, metrics, and near-term growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and activate an integrated revenue strategy across sales, brand, e-commerce, digital growth, product, and partnerships. Identify growth opportunities across customer acquisition, retention, pricing, channel expansion, and new markets. Improve the customer journey and marketing funnel to increase conversion, lifetime value, and profitability. Translate customer, channel, and market data into clear investment priorities, forecasts, budgets, and performance targets. Guide brand positioning, creative, content, social commerce, influencer, email, SEO, and paid growth efforts. Partner with finance and functional leaders to strengthen commercial planning, KPI visibility, and execution. Coach the existing team and establish the operating cadence needed to deliver against the growth plan.
Candidate Profile:
Senior commercial leader with significant CPG experience across revenue growth, brand, digital, product, partnerships, and sales. Track record of accelerating profitable growth within entrepreneurial or high-growth consumer businesses. Deep DTC and digital experience, including social commerce, performance marketing, influencer strategy, and e-commerce. Strong P&L orientation with the ability to use KPIs, customer insights, and marketing effectiveness analysis to guide decisions. Experience in health, wellness, supplements, sports performance, or a related consumer category is strongly preferred. Hands-on, adaptable executive who can move comfortably between strategy, team leadership, and execution. This is a fractional engagement for an executive who can quickly assess the business, align the commercial organization, and create momentum against its most important growth priorities.
