Job Description

The Executive Sales Representative is a highly experienced sales professional accountable for leading complex customer engagements, driving strategic growth initiatives, and expanding business opportunities within key markets. This role serves as a senior commercial representative responsible for cultivating relationships with high-value customers, influencers, decision-makers, and key accounts while delivering exceptional business results. The Executive Sales Representative acts as a commercial leader within the field organization and contributes to organizational growth through market insights, strategic planning, and customer-focused solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Achieve and exceed territory, regional, and organizational sales objectives. Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account and territory plans. Establish high-level relationships with healthcare professionals, business leaders, customers, distributors, integrated delivery networks, health systems, and other key stakeholders as applicable. Identify business opportunities, emerging market trends, and customer needs to drive sustainable revenue growth. Analyze market intelligence and competitive information to support business decision-making. Lead complex negotiations and solution-based selling discussions. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by delivering industry, product, and market expertise. Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer initiatives and organizational priorities. Support onboarding, coaching, and development of less experienced sales professionals. Participate in national meetings, conferences, customer events, and strategic business initiatives. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Represent the company professionally and ethically while promoting a culture of integrity and customer focus. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree required and/or Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred. Experience 8+ years of successful sales experience. Significant experience of managing complex customer relationships and strategic accounts. Consistent history of exceeding performance expectations. Prior experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industries preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong executive presence and presentation capabilities. Strategic thinker with strong business judgment. Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and financial acumen. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to travel extensively as business needs require. Physical Requirements Frequent travel within assigned territory. Ability to transport sales and promotional materials. Ability to stand, walk, and attend customer meetings for extended periods.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation:
Base Salary Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,00 annually , plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation, commissions, bonus programs, and other rewards, subject to the terms of the Company's plans.
