We're seeking a passionate and driven individual to operate our Alexander City, AL location — not as an employee, but as a future owner and franchise partner. The Opportunity This is more than a job. Our goal is to find the right fit — someone with strong retail or design experience — to lead this store and eventually buy into the business as a franchisee. What You'll Do Operate and manage the Alexander City location with full responsibility for sales, merchandising, and customer experience. Build relationships with local designers, clients, and the Auburn/Lake Martin community. Drive growth across furnishings, décor, and apparel, with creative input on design and product mix. Lead a small team and set the tone for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. Partner with ownership to hit key performance milestones, while shaping the path toward future franchise ownership.
