The position helps to maintain the store visual standards and assists in keeping the floor stocked with merchandise.

Specific responsibilities include:

Provides customer comes first attitude for BDFF customers Sells BDFF products and services from experience and knowledge standpoint Continually expands knowledge of BDFF products and services Helps to maintain visual standards and cleanliness within store Stocks product from truck/warehouse to sales floor Communicates and cooperates with other staff and management team

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous retail sales and customer services experience (preferred) Passion for and knowledge of running and/or outdoor activities (preferred) Effective communication skills Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends (required)
