Planning Intern - Summer 2027 About the Opportunity Claire's is looking for an analytical and curious student to join our Planning team as a Summer 2027 Intern. This internship offers the opportunity to learn how data, inventory, sales trends, and customer demand come together to support business decisions in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Planning Intern, you'll gain exposure to the tools and processes our teams use to help ensure we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time. What You'll Get to Experience Depending on business priorities and team assignments, you may have the opportunity to: Assist with sales, inventory, and product performance analysis. Support forecasting and planning activities. Review business trends and help identify opportunities or risks. Assist with reporting and analysis used to support business decisions. Learn how inventory and sales plans are developed and managed. Partner with Buying and other cross-functional teams. Develop proficiency with retail metrics, reporting, and analytical tools. Support special projects and evolving business priorities. What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Analytics, Merchandising, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interest in retail planning, inventory, and business performance. Comfortable working with numbers and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively. Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later preferred.
