Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves accurately using inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit, and electronic payments with professionalism. Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely order fulfillment for vehicle repairs and maintenance jobs. Maintain detailed records of parts orders, returns, and stock levels to optimize inventory accuracy. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge, and friendly service to encourage repeat business. Support dealership operations by performing basic vehicle diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting when needed, ensuring parts compatibility with vehicle systems. Skills Extensive knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle systems to assist customers accurately. Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, repair processes, or dealership environments is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills to manage pricing discussions and resolve customer inquiries effectively. Excellent organizational skills for inventory management, stocking procedures, and order processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for record keeping and reporting purposes. Familiarity with CMMS software, POS systems, and retail math principles for sales transactions and inventory control. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases better. Outstanding communication skills for client interaction, phone etiquette, and teamwork within the dealership setting. Knowledge of automotive repair procedures helps in understanding vehicle maintenance needs. Experience in retail sales or auto parts sales enhances your ability to meet sales targets confidently.
