Monday-Friday 7am - 5pm Overtime as necessary We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Associate to join our auto collision repair team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Order, receive and verify auto parts as requested by the Collision Advisor Distribute parts to auto body repair technicians Tag, sort, and organize parts upon delivery Confirm accuracy of parts by identification, quality, and quantity Process core returns and vendor returns promptly Maintain a clean and well-organized parts storage area Enter invoices, credit memos, and notes accurately into the system Communicate effectively with co-workers, vendors, and delivery drivers Qualifications Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficient computer and internet skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with OPS Parts Solution, PartsTrader, and CCC ONE is a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid Drivers License and clean driving record Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles Work Environment Exposure to:
