We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's parts department. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.Duties:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide accurate pricing and availability information to customers
- Process customer orders and handle payments
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts and accessories
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive environment is highly preferred
- Strong sales skills to promote additional products and services
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage inventory control effectively
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is beneficial As a Parts Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will contribute to the success of our dealership.
