Role Description The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders from receipt through shipment or pickup. This position locates and pulls automotive parts, verifies that items match customer orders, inspects parts for accuracy and condition, and prepares orders for delivery, shipment, or customer pickup. The Fulfillment Specialist plays an important role in ensuring orders are completed correctly and on time while maintaining accurate inventory and providing a high level of internal and external customer service. Responsibilities Review customer orders and accurately identify parts required for fulfillment. Locate and pull automotive parts from warehouse, yard, and designated storage locations. Verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, side/position, and other order details before completing fulfillment. Inspect parts for condition, quality, and accuracy before releasing them for shipment or pickup. Stage completed orders in the appropriate designated area. Package and prepare parts for shipment, delivery, transfer, or customer pickup. Create and organize daily delivery routes to support efficient, timely deliveries based on customer location, order priority, and business needs. Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure orders are assigned to the appropriate delivery routes. Load delivery trucks in an organized and efficient manner based on route sequence, while ensuring parts are properly secured and protected from damage. Assist with unloading incoming and returning trucks, verifying parts and routing items to the appropriate location. Verify orders against delivery paperwork before trucks leave the facility to help prevent missing, incorrect, or duplicate parts. Properly label and tag parts to ensure accurate order processing. Update order status and inventory information within company systems. Communicate order discrepancies, damaged parts, missing inventory, returns, or fulfillment issues to the appropriate team member. Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Inventory, Dismantling, Shipping, and Delivery teams to ensure orders are completed efficiently. Assist with locating difficulttofind parts and resolving inventory discrepancies. Ensure returned, cancelled, or incorrect parts are routed back to the proper inventory location. Maintain organized staging, fulfillment, loading, and work areas. Prioritize orders based on customer needs, delivery schedules, routes, and business urgency. Meet established expectations for order accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time. Follow all company safety procedures and proper materialhandling practices. Assist with general warehouse and inventory responsibilities as needed. Required Skills/Abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fastpaced environment. Ability to identify automotive parts or willingness to quickly develop automotive product knowledge. Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, distribution, or automotive parts preferred. Basic computer and tablet proficiency. Ability to accurately follow order instructions and established processes. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. Ability to prioritize multiple orders and responsibilities. Dependable, punctual, safetyminded, and teamoriented. Strong communication and problemsolving skills. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, distribution, or automotive experience preferred. Automotive parts or automotive recycling experience is a plus. Previous experience working with inventory or ordermanagement systems is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move parts and merchandise weighing up to 5060 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, and pull. Ability to safely use carts, dollies, pallet jacks, ladders, and other materialhandling equipment as required. Ability to work in warehouse and yard environments and in varying weather conditions when necessary. Work Schedule Monday - Saturday, during normal business operations.
