Construction Equipment Parts Specialist

Job Description

We're looking for a Parts Specialist who takes pride in helping customers find exactly what they need to keep their equipment running. In this role, you'll manage the full parts sales process — from quoting and invoicing to sourcing and inventory management — while delivering professional, customer-focused service every step of the way.

Compensation Package:

Hourly wage + performance bonus + profit-sharing + 401k with 6% match.

What You Bring:

Strong customer service and communication skills across multiple channels. Ability to read, understand, and interpret vendor parts catalogs and technical information. Problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of challenges and resolve them quickly. High attention to detail for accurate quoting, invoicing, and order processing. Organizational and time management skills to balance multiple requests. Proficiency with computer systems, including inventory/order management software and Microsoft Office.

What You'll Do:

Provide friendly, professional service to customers in person, on the phone, by email, and text. Manage the complete sales cycle, including account setup, quoting, invoicing, returns, and payment collection. Identify, source, and secure correct parts and accessories; recommend additional products that add convenience and long-term value. Receive, process, and ship parts orders; maintain accurate inventory through reordering and cycle counts.

Education and Experience:

Two years of parts experience in automotive or construction related role (preferred)

• One year of experience in customer service

Other Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and professional appearance. Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
