Responsibilities Assist with scanning, pricing, and labeling merchandise accurately using barcode scanners and mobile data collection software Support inventory management by conducting stock counts, organizing planograms, and maintaining organized storage areas Collect and input data related to product placement, pricing updates, and stock levels to ensure real-time accuracy Help monitor retail store displays and merchandising standards to optimize product visibility and sales potential Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to product pricing and availability Operate cash registers and handle cash handling procedures with precision and integrity Maintain organized filing systems for inventory records, scan reports, and administrative documents Skills Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers and team members Strong analysis skills for interpreting data collection results and making informed decisions Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Excel, mobile devices, barcode scanners, and other retail technology tools Experience in retail store operations such as stocking, cashiering, inventory control, and customer support Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers confidently Basic math skills for pricing calculations, cash handling, and inventory assessments Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of planograms, merchandising standards, and retail sales strategies is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your proactive attitude fuels operational excellence.
