Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to support a Korean skincare pop-up event this September. Team members will assemble gift bags, assist guests on the sales floor, and represent the brand with professionalism and energy.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute customer gift bags Greet guests and provide excellent customer service Share product knowledge (training provided) Assist with retail sales support and line management Maintain a clean, organized event space

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude Ability to stand and move for extended periods Reliable and punctual Previous retail, customer service, event, or brand ambassador experience is a plus

Compensation:

$25 an hour

Schedule:

Oct 1-28, 9am-9pm

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices. Assist with stocking shelves and merchandising products to enhance store displays. Conduct product demonstrations to inform customers about new items or promotions. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to store policies. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus. Supervising experience is advantageous for candidates looking to grow within the company. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as communication skills are vital in serving diverse customers. Basic math skills are required for handling transactions and retail math calculations. Experience with cashiering, stock management, and merchandising will be beneficial.
