Bilingual Leasing Agent - English/Spanish NJ Leasing Co | Wilmington, DE Flexible Schedule NJ Leasing Co is looking for motivated, bilingual English/Spanish-speaking agents in Wilmington, Delaware, who can use social media to generate rental leads, show apartments, and follow through to a signed lease. You'll be assigned 5-10 rental properties in the Wilmington area . As you lease properties, we'll assign more so you have a consistent portfolio to focus on.

Responsibilities:

Post apartments on Facebook Marketplace, your own social media, and local community and Spanish-language groups. Build your local real estate presence by consistently promoting your assigned properties. Respond promptly to inquiries and help interested renters find suitable apartments. Schedule and conduct apartment tours. Follow up with prospects and guide them through the application and leasing process. Keep your listings current, track leads, and update our team on progress. Who we're looking for: Comfortable communicating in English and Spanish. Confident using social media to generate leads. Proactive about finding renters and following up. Friendly, organized, responsive, and able to work independently. Reliable transportation to show properties locally.
