Part-Time Showing Agent - Wilmington, DE NJ Leasing Co is looking for a reliable, energetic Part-Time Showing Agent to help us show rental properties throughout Wilmington and New Castle County, Delaware . Our team handles the marketing, incoming leads, scheduling, and follow-up. Your primary responsibility is to meet prospective tenants at properties and provide a great showing experience. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled apartment and home tours Arrive on time and communicate with prospects before showings Walk prospects through available units and answer basic questions Build rapport and create a positive experience for prospective tenants Encourage interested and qualified prospects to apply Report whether prospects showed, canceled, or did not show Provide feedback to our scheduling team after each tour Occasionally take updated photos or video walkthroughs of units Communicate regularly with the NJ Leasing Co scheduling team What We're Looking For Located in or near Wilmington, Delaware Reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally Strong communication and people skills Professional, friendly, and comfortable meeting new people Very responsive by phone and text Available for afternoon/evening showings and some Sundays Able to work independently Leasing, real estate, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Part-time and flexible. Showings are scheduled in advance by our team. This can be a great fit for someone looking for flexible work while building experience in real estate. Compensation Flat fee per lead. The more tours you conduct and leases you help close, the more you can earn.
