GED Full Job Description Residential Leasing Consultant Location:
Schaumburg, IL 60194 Job Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Residential Leasing Consultant to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. The ideal candidate will have prior sales and leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively manage leasing processes from property tours to application completion. The pay range for this position is $18 to $22/hr. based on experience, plus commissions and quarterly bonus potential.

Support management in maintaining positive resident relations. Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies. Follow up with prospects to convert leads into community tours. Complete applications and prepare lease and renewal documents. Inspect units to ensure apartments are move-in ready. Stay informed about the surrounding market, community amenities, and available floor plans. Maintain accurate daily and weekly leasing reports.
