Schaumburg, IL 60194 Job Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Residential Leasing Consultant to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. The ideal candidate will have prior sales and leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively manage leasing processes from property tours to application completion. The pay range for this position is $18 to $22/hr. based on experience, plus commissions and quarterly bonus potential.

Stay informed about the surrounding market, community amenities, and available floor plans. Maintain accurate daily and weekly leasing reports.
