POSITION
LEASING AGENT The Leasing agent is to assist the Manager in effectively managing the property by: Greet prospective residents, showing property and performing leasing duties. Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc. Maintains positive attitude. Complete all lease paperwork.
  • Ensure lease applications are complete and complete all required verifications.
Complete all required recertification forms (if applicable). Organizes and files all applicable reports, leases and paperwork. Accepts service requests from residents and routes to maintenance for prompt processing. Maintains positive attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in property management. Working knowledge of property management software. Self-motivated. Ability to perform assigned tasks with little supervision. Maintains professional conduct. Good customer service skills. Good communication skills. Experience Requirements
