With over 30 years of experience we know what it takes to provide efficient and high quality property management services. We offer a variety of studios, 1-3 bedroom apartments, duplexes and houses. Bright Apartments prides itself on maintaining a balance between quality and affordability. Job Description We are looking for a Leasing Agent/Office Assistant to join our SW Portland team. Duties to include but not limited to: showing apartments to prospective tenants, leasing apartments, assisting with applications and move in paperwork, walking vacant units, communicating with residents, staff and vendors, assisting with marketing, writing and issuing resident memos and notices, accepting rent payments, filing, minor office and model unit cleaning. We are looking for a friendly individual with customer service experience with the motivation and desire to assist people in finding their new home. Must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software. Need to be detail oriented and able to work independently. Housing or housing credit may be available. This is a full time position and exact hourly wage/salary is dependent on candidates experience. Benefits include health insurance, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, sick days and employer contribution to a simple IRA. Valid drivers license, transportation and car insurance are required.
