HIRING:

Energetic Sales Reps to Join the Fun We're looking for outgoing, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team at the iconic Del Mar Fair , running June 10 to July 5 (closed Mondays and Tuesdays). That's 20 action-packed days of fun, crowds, and serious sales opportunities! If you're a high school or college student (or just someone who loves people and fast-paced environments), this is your perfect summer job. We sell fun, family-friendly fair Merch/Souvenirs and crowd-pleasing best-sellers. Your job? Bring the energy, connect with customers, and turn great conversations into great sales.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greet every customer like they're the highlight of your day Help guests pick out fair branded merchandise Answer questions and suggest top-selling items Keep the store stocked and organized Spot any broken or defective items (we only sell the best!) Share customer feedback with the manager Be reliable — this is a 20-day fair, and we need you available, including July 4th & 5th (Mandatory) What You Bring to the

Table:

A love for talking to people and making their day Strong communication skills (bonus if you're naturally persuasive) Hustle — you're here to sell and hit goals Basic math skills (for handling cash and change) Ability to thrive on your feet (you'll be standing during your shift) Experience in retail/sales is great, but we'll train the right people Must be available to work July 4th & 5th (one of our busiest day of the fair!) Willingness to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
