Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry, gifts, accessories, and fashion items based on their needs and preferences Provide knowledgeable recommendations on jewelry, gifts, accessories, and other merchandise Operate the cash register efficiently, handling retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems Conduct product demonstrations and showcase new arrivals, featured merchandise, and popular items to increase customer engagement and sales Maintain attractive and well organized displays through stocking, merchandising, and inventory management Keep shelves, showcases, and sales areas clean, organized, and visually appealing Answer customer questions about product features, pricing, store policies, promotions, and care instructions Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly, welcoming shopping experience Assist with upselling by recommending complementary jewelry, accessories, gifts, and other merchandise Promote ongoing sales, special offers, and customer loyalty programs Support store operations by handling cash drawer balancing, basic math calculations, and proper cash handling procedures Assist with receiving merchandise, checking inventory, pricing items, and preparing products for display Help ensure jewelry and merchandise are handled carefully and securely at all times Experience Prior retail sales or customer service experience is preferred, especially in jewelry, fashion, gift, or boutique retail Interest in jewelry, fashion, gifts, accessories, and current retail trends Friendly, outgoing, dependable, and professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment Detail oriented with the ability to keep merchandise and displays organized Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively serve diverse customer needs !
