Job Description
Team Members are the heart of Toastique. As front-line employees, they are responsible for preparing all orders and crafting toasts, smoothies, and bowls that customers will love. Team Members keep the line and pickup station moving efficiently by accurately taking orders, processing transactions, reviewing online orders, and prioritizing tickets to optimize ticket times.
RESPONSIBILITIESTake orders via the POS system, confirm accuracy by repeating the order to the customer, and ask for their name and whether it s dine-in or to-go.
Prepare smoothies, bowls, and toasts according to tickets, ensuring consistency, speed, and excellent presentation.
Answer the store s phone and direct inquiries to the shift lead or manager as needed.
Clean smoothie and toast stations, front-of-house (FOH) tables, and bathrooms.
Restock disposable items (e.g., cups, utensils), as well as merchandiser products, when necessary.
Follow directions from the shift lead or manager to ensure all prep work is completed correctly.
Assist with back-of-house (BOH) tasks, including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and putting away deliveries. BOH prep experience and ability to flex between FOH and BOH is a strong plus.
Collaborate as a team to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

COMPENSATIONBase pay of $15-$17/hour (based on restaurant experience), plus generous tip pooling.
