Sales Associate / Key Holder — Role Expectations Position Overview The Sales Associate/Key Holder is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience while supporting the daily operations of the Consignment shop. This role assists with opening and closing procedures, maintains boutique standards, and helps create a welcoming, organized, and elevated shopping environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Sales Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Provide personalized styling assistance and product recommendations. Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits. Support boutique sales goals through exceptional customer service. Store Operations Perform opening and closing procedures when assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop. Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, tagged, and replenished. Complete transactions & returns accurately through the point-of-sale system. Consignment Support Assist with processing consignment intake and organization. Utilize the Simple Consign Program to support consignment processing and inventory management. Ensure merchandise meets boutique quality and presentation standards. Teamwork & Professionalism Communicate effectively with the Assistant Manager and fellow team members. Assist with daily tasks and support overall store operations. Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Take initiative to complete tasks and maintain boutique standards without constant direction. Success Expectations A successful Sales Associate/Key Holder will: Deliver exceptional customer service. Create a welcoming and elevated shopping experience.
