We're looking for a Department Leader who can guide our Assembly team to run smoothly, safely, and efficiently—while always keeping quality at the highest level. In this role, you'll lead the day-to-day operations on the floor, making sure production goals are met, schedules stay on track, and your team has what they need to succeed. You'll also look ahead, driving improvements and new ways of working to help us grow stronger together. What We Offer You

What We're Looking For Strong leadership skills with the ability to set expectations and hold the team accountable. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. A track record of driving safety, quality, and efficiency improvements. Solid communication skills and a passion for coaching and developing people. What You'll Bring At least 5 years of experience leading people in a lean manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree, or equivalent hands-on leadership experience in manufacturing. A track record of making good decisions and delivering results in a fast-paced setting. Strong people skills and the ability to build trust and lead a team. A sharp eye for detail. Comfort juggling multiple priorities and adjusting when things change. Experience leading projects from start to finish and meeting deadlines. The ability to work through challenges in a collaborative, solution-focused way. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Pay:
$55,000
