Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on products and services Operate cash registers and handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and replenished regularly Manage cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and cashiering duties with precision and integrity Assist with merchandising efforts to maintain attractive store layouts aligned with company standards Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and product knowledge sharing Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing information remotely Making Products to fill our storefront Dealing with chocolates, popcorns, gift boxes and gift bags. Flexible Hours. Operating hours for retail. Monday-Friday 10-6 and Saturday 11-6. Must be available for these hours. Days will change weekly Skills Proven experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail sales transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership development opportunities Ability to perform basic math accurately for sales calculations, cash handling, and retail math tasks Join us as a Retail Store Associate where your energy fuels our success!
