We are seeking an Operations Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, lead teams, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong execution skills, attention to detail, and a passion for food retail operations. Key Responsibilities Store Operations Support day-to-day store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and workflow efficiency Ensure smooth coordination between front-end, warehouse, and receiving Team Leadership Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven team environment Customer Experience Maintain high standards of customer service Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Store Standards & Presentation Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times Oversee key areas including aisles, cashier stations, entrance, receiving area, and restrooms Labor & Scheduling Assist in managing labor costs, employee scheduling, and shift coverage Help optimize staffing levels based on business needs Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations Qualifications Required Fluent in Mandarin Chinese Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment Flexible availability, including weekends Preferred 3-5+ years of experience in food retail, grocery, or big box store operations Experience in a supervisory or management role Familiarity with fresh produce, packaged goods, and inventory management
