Duties Donation processing and merchandising:

Oversee the receiving, sorting, cleaning, pricing, and displaying of donated goods to ensure high-quality merchandise reaches the floor.

Operational Management:

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, financial reporting, bank deposits, and inventory rotation. Staff and volunteer

Leadership:

Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff and volunteers, fostering a positive, safe, and productive team environment.

Customer Service & Community Engagement:

: Provide excellent customer service, resolve donor/customer complaints, and represent the store to the public, potentially driving sales through community partnerships.

Financial & Safety Control:

Manage budgets, control operating expenses, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.

Facility Maintenance:

Ensure the store, including the sales floor, donation area, and restrooms, are kept clean, tidy, and safe.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, move, and sort donated items, often requiring bending and standing for long periods.

Education and Experience Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Retail Experience:

Previous experience in retail management would be helpful.

Flexibility & Problem-Solving :

Adaptability to a fast-paced, often changing environment, with strong, creative, and analytical skills to address operational issues.

Pay:

$30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
