Job Description

Job Summary In this role, you will manage day-to-day shop operations, coordinate with insurance adjusters, and ensure our technicians deliver safe, high-quality repairs on time. If you have a background in auto body repair and are ready to lead a dedicated team, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Daily Operations:
Oversee the shop workflow from initial vehicle intake to final quality check and delivery.
Team Leadership:
Guide and support a team of technicians, painters, and shop helpers to maintain a safe, productive environment.
Customer & Insurance Relations:
Greet customers, explain repair plans, provide status updates, and coordinate directly with insurance companies on claims.
Financial Management:
Review damage estimates, track parts ordering, and manage shop efficiency to meet performance goals.
Job Requirements Experience:
Prior experience working in an auto body shop or automotive service department.
Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a strong, detail-oriented work ethic.
License:
Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a shop foreman, estimator, or manager. Familiarity with major estimating software Experience working within a dealership environment.
