C-Store Manager | M&W Express | Nyssa, Idaho M&W Express is hiring immediately for a hands-on C-Store Manager to lead our Nyssa convenience store team. We are looking for a dependable leader who takes ownership, builds a strong team, keeps the store clean and in stock, and delivers excellent customer service every day. This is an active, on-the-floor management role. You will lead by example, work alongside your team, and make sure the store is operating safely, efficiently, and profitably. What you will do Lead, coach, train, and hold store team members accountable Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs and labor goals Maintain excellent customer service, store cleanliness, food safety, and merchandising standards Manage cash handling, deposits, lottery procedures, fuel operations, and daily store controls Monitor inventory, ordering, out-of-stocks, spoilage, and shrink Hire, onboard, and develop team members Address performance, attendance, and policy issues promptly and professionally Review sales, labor, margin, and other store performance measures and take action to improve results Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming store for customers and employees Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed What we are looking for Prior convenience store, retail, grocery, restaurant, or similar management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and customer service Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow through Willingness to be hands-on and work alongside the team Dependable attendance and a professional approach to accountability Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Pay and benefits $45,000 to $56,000 per year, before bonusses, based on qualifications and experience Full-time position Health, dental, vision, PTO, Sick Pay, and 401(k) matching benefits for eligible employees Opportunity for advancement with a growing company Apply today.
