Manage employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding processes to build a strong and capable team. Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and cash register reconciliation with accuracy. Monitor inventory control procedures, conduct stock audits, and manage purchasing to maintain appropriate stock levels. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures while fostering a positive work environment through effective managerial communication. Skills Proven experience in retail industry sales team management with a strong background in retail sales operations. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to lead teams through supervising experience and managerial communication. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases effectively. Strong organizational skills with proficiency in inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and operational management. Competency in managing POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and basic math skills for retail math calculations. Demonstrated leadership in training & development initiatives along with experience in recruiting and employee orientation.
