We Need You to Close. This posting is for experienced closers only. If you're new to sales, look at our Entry-Level Sales Trainee posting instead — that one's built to train you up. This one is for someone who already knows how to run an appointment, handle objections, and get a signature. This Is 100% Commission — No Base, No Hourly You earn 10% commission on every job you sell, paid the week after we collect payment from the homeowner. Uncapped. $1,000,000 sold = $100,000 in commission. $2,000,000 sold = $200,000. No ceiling. This is an in-person, Rio Grande Valley role. You need to live in or reliably work the RGV — not remote. What We Need From You A real, provable track record of closing sales — doesn't have to be roofing. Insurance, auto, telecom, home services, solar, B2B, doesn't matter. If you've carried a quota and hit it, we want to talk. We'll teach you the roofing and insurance-claims side. What we can't teach on a deadline is how to close. What You'll Be Doing Running homeowner appointments (your own and ones our appointment setters hand you), inspecting roofs, presenting estimates, handling objections, working insurance claims and supplements, presenting contracts, and closing. We provide the platform, training, estimating support, and production team. You provide the close. Compensation 10% commission on total job value, paid weekly (the week after we collect from the homeowner) $1,000,000 sold = $100,000 commission $1,500,000 sold = $150,000 commission $2,000,000 sold = $200,000 commission $3,000,000 sold = $300,000 commission No cap Who We're Looking For Someone hungry to earn what they're actually worth instead of trading hours for a paycheck. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in this market.
