Sales Assistant/Hostess Position Hours of Operation 10:00am to 7:00pm Pay $12.00 per hour Work shift - 2 business days per week. Other work days are available when Sales Consultant is off or on vacation or other local offices.

Job Duties include:

Provide customer support for homeowners, potential buyers, inspectors, appraisers, and trade workers. Provide tours of the Model and Inventory homes in the community Prepare Brochure Packets featuring floor plans, prices, included features and community information Make copies and scan financial documents for clients Make follow-up calls to potential buyers Open Model home and tidy as needed Open homes as needed for construction workers and buyers Update and make copies of price sheets, included features, inventory list and community information Other duties as requested by supervisor or manager Qualifications - Customer Service skills, Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, must be able to drive and have a valid Driver's license.
