Wine & Spirits / Hospitality About Ambroseli Ambroseli is a small-batch Greek honey liqueur imported from Greece and inspired by ancient tradition, modern cocktail culture, and founder-led storytelling. Based in Encinitas, we're currently launching exclusively in the San Diego market with a focus on on-premise accounts. This is an early-stage, ground-floor opportunity to grow with a premium craft brand. The Role We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated independent sales rep to introduce Ambroseli to bars, restaurants, and hospitality accounts in San Diego. You'll be responsible for opening new accounts, building relationships, and driving repeat orders. This is a 1099, commission-only role and ideal for reps already calling on accounts who want to add a unique, high-quality product to their portfolio. What You'll Do Pitch and sell Ambroseli to licensed on-premise accounts Open new bar and restaurant accounts Support tastings and menu placements Maintain relationships and encourage reorders Represent the brand professionally in the field Compensation Commission-based compensation (structure discussed during interview) Monthly commission payouts Performance incentives and limited-time spiffs No cap on earnings Reps manage their own schedule and standard business expenses Select expenses may be reimbursed with prior approval No cap on earnings. Reps are expected to manage their own schedule and expenses.
