Full-Time, Non-Exempt Overview AdeptHR is partnering with a leading specialty food distributor to hire a detail-oriented and dependable Drop Ship Sales Support professional. This role plays a key part in supporting sales operations, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and enjoys balancing administrative work with customer interaction. Responsibilities Order Management & Logistics Enter drop-ship purchase orders with accuracy (pricing, product, quantities, destinations) Generate shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, or similar systems Monitor order status and provide timely tracking updates to customers Assist with product availability, quotes, and specification requests Customer Service & Sales Support Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Support product recommendations and sales initiatives Resolve customer issues in coordination with internal teams Document and escalate product complaints appropriately Sales Coordination Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and opportunities
