You're the face of Accel in the field — building relationships, opening doors, and turning them into long-term partnerships. You'll own your territory, grow your book of business, and get real support from every team in the building to win. Drive business growth Hunt and grow: penetrate new markets, win share from competitors, and turn prospects into customers.

Own your territory:

build and drive a pipeline you're accountable for, with the autonomy to run it like it's yours.

Close smart:

qualify and develop RFQs, recommend the right product solutions, and build quotes using established pricing guidelines. Build customer relationships that last Become the trusted advisor: understand what customers really need and earn the relationship, not just the transaction.

Deliver real value:

partner with engineering, operations, and quality so every customer gets consistent, world-class service.

A track record. 3-5 years of sales experience with a successful record in industrial sales (wire or metals a strong plus). A bachelor's degree or higher (required). The fundamentals. Experience qualifying and developing RFQs, proficiency in MS Office, and sharp written and verbal communication. The intangibles. Strong work ethic, integrity, resourcefulness, and a genuine commitment to the customer. Willingness to travel up to 75% and to be based in Connecticut.

Connecticut applicants only; in-person, up to 75% travel.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday.
