Join the team everyone's talking about! Position Purpose The Service & Sales Representative is the face of Old Town Trolley Tours ® of St Augustine (OTT-St Aug). The Service & Sales Representative is to give accurate information and guide customers to OTT-St Aug. The Service & Sales Representative will control the guest lines and organize tour departures to ensure tours stay on schedule and sell tickets to those in line who do not already have them. The customer's first impression should be that we are professionals, and our company has integrity, is safe, and is fun. Customers judge our company by the way you do your job.
