MUST HAVE
QUOTING/Pricing experience
  • 2 years of experience in admin, clerical or customer service
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel , Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently as well in a team environment
  • Highly organized when it comes to task tracking
  • DelTek CostPoint a plus!
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Inside Sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. They will also communicate with customers, handle bidding with vendors/customers, and provide ovcerall customer service via email and phone. This role is crucial for ensuring that our records are organized and up-to-date, supporting various administrative functions within the organization. Duties Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Collect and verify data from various sources to ensure completeness and correctness. Transcribe information from documents into digital formats while maintaining data integrity. Manage order entry processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests. Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval. Assist with clerical duties such as answering inquiries, managing correspondence, and supporting other administrative tasks as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling data. Skills Proficiency in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and speed. Experience in data collection and management systems. Strong clerical skills with the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to transcribe and type information quickly while maintaining high standards of quality. Familiarity with order entry processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
