SERVPRO Team Lamey is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Commercial Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing and strengthening relationships with commercial clients and key referral partners throughout our service area. You will represent SERVPRO Team Lamey in the community, identify new business opportunities, educate clients about our services, and help businesses prepare for unexpected property damage. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, professional, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable developing relationships with decision-makers. The ideal candidate enjoys networking, understands the importance of consistent follow-up, and takes ownership of growing their territory. Primary Responsibilities Develop new commercial business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, municipalities, healthcare organizations, hospitality businesses, commercial property owners, and other key decision-makers. Execute a consistent business development and sales strategy to achieve established goals. Conduct in-person sales calls, introductory meetings, follow-up visits, and closing appointments. Participate in professional associations, networking events, trade shows, and community events. Coordinate and host Lunch & Learns, educational programs, and client appreciation opportunities. Introduce commercial clients to SERVPRO's emergency preparedness resources and assist with Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs). Identify and develop high-value commercial accounts and centers of influence. Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities, opportunities, and follow-up. Work collaboratively with SERVPRO Team Lamey's operations, production, reconstruction, and leadership teams to provide excellent client experience. Represent SERVPRO Team Lamey professionally within the communities we serve. Meet or exceed established business development and revenue goals. Position Requirements Minimum of two years of business-to-business sales, business development, account management, or related experience preferred. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable prospecting and developing new business relationships. Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to confidently communicate with business owners, executives, property managers, facility professionals, and other decision-makers. Experience in commercial property management, restoration, construction, insurance, facilities management, or a related service industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent professional experience preferred. Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
