Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop a depth of understanding of the Firm's services, audiences, and priorities. Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to identify and qualify leads. Cooperate with the sales and marketing team to determine strategic approaches for sales. Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects. Assist with driving priority accounts and contacts to our events. Help to infiltrate target accounts, getting in the door with the influencers and decisions makers we don't know. Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect inquiries and qualify opportunities for handoff to the appropriate colleague. Overcome objections of prospective customers. Attend sales training where applicable. Utilize our CRM system to manage and track all calls and outcomes. Develop a depth of understanding on all sales tools including CRM, Sales Intel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bombora, PowerBi and our data source providers. Leverage AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve efficiency in prospect research, outreach preparation, CRM documentation and internal communication. Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position. Success in this role will be measured by: Lead conversion and pipeline contribution CRM accuracy and documentation quality Responsiveness to inbound leads and SLA adherence Consistent execution of outreach and follow‑up activitiesYOUR EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will have: 1-2 years of direct work experience in a sales or inside sales capacity. Demonstrated ability to open doors at target accounts within a defined ideal client profile Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management. Success in qualifying opportunities and identifying key stakeholders with target accounts. Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills. Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. Excellent listening skills. Strong written communication skills. Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. High level of integrity and work ethic. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, to name a few.
