Hours:

Monday-Thursday 9am-6:30pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-4pm One Saturday off per month Duties Actively engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels Conduct needs to match clients with suitable vehicle options Negotiate pricing, and deal terms confidently to close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up communications, and personalized support to foster loyalty. Manage inventory control by keeping accurate records of available vehicles, updating CRM systems. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills Experience Experienced in automotive sales or a related retail environment, preferably with dealership exposure Strong negotiation skills while maintaining customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems to support sales activities and client relationship building. Excellent organizational skills and prioritize tasks effectively. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases; bilingual candidates will have a competitive edge.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
