Bilingual Sales Operations Coordinator - Electrical Products Mertal electrical inc Irving, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time $55,000 - $75,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Relocation assistance Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Qualifications Mandarin Google Workspace Microsoft Excel Customer service English Manufacturing Full Job Description Responsibilities Support U.S. sales development for electrical products, including meter sockets, load centers, and wiring devices. Communicate with U.S. customers, sales representatives, distributors, suppliers, and the China manufacturing team. Prepare and organize quotations, product datasheets, catalogs, sample lists, customer forms, and follow-up emails. Translate and summarize customer requirements between English and Mandarin Chinese. Coordinate product information, pricing, lead time, samples, and technical questions with the China factory. Maintain customer pipeline, CRM records, meeting notes, quotation status, sample tracking, and follow-up schedules. Assist with LinkedIn outreach, customer research, sales rep research, and distributor contact lists. Support trade show preparation, including product lists, booth materials, customer appointments, and post-show follow-up. Help the General Manager communicate with customers, sales reps, service providers, and business partners. Follow up consistently with customers and sales leads to make sure opportunities do not get lost. Requirements Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in electrical products, electrical distribution, construction materials, industrial products, manufacturing, or B2B sales support. Experience working with electrical distributors, contractors, manufacturers' representatives, or industrial customers. Knowledge of products such as meter sockets, load centers, panelboards, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, wiring devices, or power distribution equipment is a strong plus. Experience with trade shows, customer follow-up, quotations, or sample coordination is preferred. Experience working with both U.S. companies and Chinese manufacturers is a plus. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is not only a translator, but a strong coordinator who can help connect U.S. customers with our China manufacturing team. This person should be able to understand customer requests, organize information clearly, follow up consistently, and help move sales opportunities forward. We are looking for someone who is practical, detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to grow with the company as we expand in the U.S. market. Able to write clear emails, summarize meeting notes, and track action items. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools. Familiar with LinkedIn, online research, and customer database building. Must be responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
